A Walking Tour of Valletta - 4 hours
Our guided tour through the bustling streets of Valletta, will first allow you to view the Upper Barracca Gardens that command a breath-taking panorama of the Grand Harbour. Passing by Auberge de Castille, currently home to the Prime Minister's office you will then approach St John's Co-Cathedral, adorned in riches that date back to the Knights of Malta. Within St John's Co-Cathedral you will also visit the Museum and Oratory, including one of the most precious art treasures in Malta - Caravaggio's painting The Beheading of St John.
After being surprised by the breath-taking interior of St John's Co-Cathedral, you are invited to visit the Grand Masters' Palace, formerly the residence of the Grand Masters of the Order. There you'll get the chance to visit the Tapestry Chamber and the State Rooms whilst admiring the knights' armouries dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries.
