WRMC recognition awards given DO NOT DELETE

The sixth edition of the WRMC (winesandrestaurantsofmalta.com) Restaurants Quality Recognition Awards gala dinner and ceremony were held at the Hilton Malta, where a number of chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers received awards and titles.

Restaurants are inspected and adjudicated on: Ambience; Atmosphere and Decor; Cleanliness; Cuisine Quality; Preparation and Presentation of Dishes; Management and Servers Efficiency and Attitude towards clients; Overall Service Quality; Wine List and Price Mark-up; Value for Money, which criteria is targeted to cover the complete dining experience in the selected restaurants from when the inspectors enter the restaurant to the time that they leave.

The below Valletta Waterfront restaurants received awards

- Pintonino: retention of the WRMC Silver Spoon Award
- Nan Yuan: retention of the WRMC Silver Spoon Award
- Q Bar & Restaurant: Blue Riband Award
- Browns: Blue Riband Award
- Bistro 516 - Special Concept Award.

Le Langchao, Chef-Padron of Nan Yuan was awarded the Special Individual Award 2018, WRMC Top Foreign Chef Award.
