Live Link with L-Istrina and more

News Release

21 December 2010

On Sunday 26th December, the Valletta Waterfront invites the whole family to continue enjoying the Christmas spirit.

Following a well-deserved rest after bearing all those gifts on the night before Christmas, Santa and his elf helpers are inviting children of all ages to sit down around the fire place and listen to the most classic Christmas stories of all times. This activity will be held between 11am and 2pm and will include readings such as Clement C Moore's The Night Before Christmas and Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol.

With the children settled around Santa adults can relax and indulge in some mulled wine and imbuljuta.

After the Santa story-telling, children can join Enchanced Tales, a two-hour fun-filled activity with Disney princesses and clubhouse friends. A magical atmosphere with a touch of pixie dust and happily ever afters. This magical experience starts at 2:30pm.

For those who don't want to pass on a day out with family and friends, but want to follow what is happening with L-Istrina 2010, the Valletta Waterfront Christmas Village will showing this fundraising event live on big screen.
